Expertly Styled, Modern Oasis w/Gameroom + Firepit

The stay was fine overall—the home was comfortable and in a convenient location. However, a few issues added some frustration. There were no kitchen rags or towels provided (only paper towels), and the number of bathroom towels wasn’t sufficient for our group.We also knew damage protection through their 3rd party service was required, as stated on the listing, but we were charged an additional nonrefundable fee to process the refundable deposit. That charge wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Unfortunately, by the time this fee was presented, it was too late to make other arrangements. More upfront clarity around that would have been appreciated.

This property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 small children. It is completely as advertised and met our expectations 100%.Very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect from a property like this. Hostess Lillian was terrific. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Definitely a 5 star experience once we arrived. Would do well to eliminate Superhog from registration process, though.
